My name is Ava Donaldson. Welcome to my portfolio!
I'm a third year Graphic Design student minoring in Studio Art. Currently, I work as a graphic designer at Mustang News and as the Lead Graphic Designer of Cal Poly Advertising, a student-run agency that works with organizations local to the San Luis Obispo area. My past graphic design experience includes SESLOC and Deloitte Consulting.
As a designer, I especially enjoy creating visual works that are both organized and impactful. My favorite graphic design projects involve creative problem solving and opportunities to work with typography and layout. I approach each project with patience, intense attention to detail, and a love for typesetting. When I am not working, you will find me reading memoirs, painting, lying on the beach, or eating tacos.
